SPECIAL BUDGET MEETING NOTICE

The Board of Supervisors of Greenfield Township, Blair County hereby notifies all interested parties that a SPECIAL BUDGET MEETING will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, at 12:00 p.m.  The special meeting is a work session to prepare the proposed 2021 budget, and such other business as may become necessary may also be conducted.  The meeting will be held at the Greenfield Township building at 477 Ski Gap Road, Claysburg, PA  16625.

The 2021 tentative budget will be available for public inspection at the Greenfield Township building from November 12, 2020, until December 1, 2020. The 2021 budget will be formally adopted at the regular Board of Supervisors meeting at 7:30 p.m.

COVID-19 NOTICE

Due to the COVID-19 procedures, the meeting room will be limited to 10 people, including the Board of Supervisors.  The Board of Supervisors is committed to maintaining an open meeting forum. The Board has made arrangements for residents to participate via the phone instead of in-person, or residents may submit questions in advance.

If you would like to participate in the meeting via a conference call, please let Arlene Kuntz, Township Secretary-Treasurer, know by 4:00 pm on October 6th.  You can email ([email protected]) or call her (814/239-5313 x2).  The Township will need to call you since the phones will be on after-hour voicemail settings during the meeting.

If you would like to submit questions to the Supervisors Board, you may do this anytime before the meeting.  Please email Arlene Kuntz, Township Secretary-Treasurer  ([email protected]), any questions you have for the Supervisors regarding the agenda items and public comments.  Your question(s) will be read during the meeting either during the public comment section or a specific agenda item.
